Executive Leadership Training that changes how your senior team operates

We work with directors, VPs and C-suite leaders across England to sharpen the skills that actually move organisations forward: clear thinking under pressure, honest communication and the ability to build teams people want to stay in.

Most leadership training fails because it stays theoretical

The pattern we see

A senior leader attends a two-day course, returns with a binder of frameworks, and within three weeks reverts to old habits. Their team notices nothing changed. The organisation writes off the investment.

This happens because the training was designed around content delivery, not behaviour change. Slides and models feel productive in the room, but they rarely survive the pressure of a real Monday morning.

What we do differently

Our programmes run over eight to twelve weeks. Each session tackles a live challenge the participant is currently facing: a restructure, a difficult board conversation, a team that has lost momentum. We coach through the real situation, not a case study from 2004.

Between sessions, participants practise specific techniques with their own teams and report back on what happened. The learning sticks because it was tested in context, not absorbed in a conference room.

Four ways we work with leadership teams

One-to-one executive coaching

Ten fortnightly sessions with a dedicated coach. We start with a 360-degree feedback round involving your direct reports, peers and line manager. From there, we build a focused development plan around two or three specific behaviours you want to shift. Sessions last 90 minutes and take place over video or in person at your office.

Leadership team alignment

For senior teams of four to ten people who need to get on the same page. We facilitate a series of working sessions over eight weeks, covering decision-making protocols, role clarity and how the team communicates under stress. Each session produces a concrete agreement the team commits to testing before we meet again.

Transition coaching for new roles

The first 100 days in a new senior role determine most of what follows. We support leaders moving into their first director or VP position with six intensive sessions covering stakeholder mapping, early wins, and the shift from functional expertise to enterprise-level thinking. Available as a standalone programme or bundled with our ongoing coaching.

Half-day strategic workshops

Focused four-hour sessions for leadership groups tackling a specific challenge: restructuring, post-merger integration, scaling a function, or preparing for a board presentation. We design each workshop around your situation and deliver it at your premises. No generic slide decks.

From first conversation to lasting change

1

Discovery call

A 30-minute conversation where we learn about your organisation, the leaders involved, and the specific outcomes you want. No pitch deck, no pressure. We ask questions and listen.

2

Diagnostic phase

We interview key stakeholders, review any existing engagement or 360 data, and map the gap between current leadership behaviour and what the organisation needs. This takes about a week.

3

Programme design

We propose a programme structure, timeline and pricing. Every element links directly to the diagnostic findings. You review it, we adjust, and we agree on start dates.

4

Delivery and practice

Sessions run fortnightly. Between sessions, participants apply what they have learned with their own teams and bring the results back. We track progress against the original goals.

5

Review and next steps

At the end of the programme, we conduct a follow-up assessment to measure change. You receive a written summary of progress, remaining gaps, and recommendations for sustaining momentum.

What participants say after completing a programme

Senior leaders in a collaborative workshop session
"I came in expecting another leadership course. Instead, I got someone who watched me run a real meeting, told me exactly where I lost the room, and helped me fix it the following week. That kind of feedback is rare at my level."
Operations director, manufacturing firm, West Midlands
"Our exec team went from polite avoidance to genuine debate in about six weeks. Decisions that used to drag for months now get resolved in a single session."
CEO, technology company, 120 employees

Things people ask before starting

One-to-one coaching runs from £4,500 for ten sessions. Team programmes start at £8,000 depending on group size and duration. Half-day workshops are priced individually. We provide a detailed quote after the diagnostic phase so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Yes. About 60% of our current coaching happens over video. Team alignment sessions work best with at least the first and last meetings in person, but we have run fully remote programmes with strong results.
Our coaching team consists of five practitioners, each with at least fifteen years of senior leadership experience in industry before moving into coaching. Backgrounds include financial services, healthcare, technology and professional services. All hold ICF or EMCC accreditation.
We flag this early. If a participant misses sessions or is not completing between-session work, we have a direct conversation with them and, if appropriate, with the sponsoring stakeholder. Continuing a programme that is not working helps nobody, and we would rather pause or redirect than waste your budget.
We have coached leaders based in Scotland, Wales and several European countries via video. In-person delivery is currently limited to England, though we can discuss travel arrangements for larger programmes elsewhere in the UK.
